• Vintage and used equipment are also offered for sale in our San Antonio showroom. This being the case, there is a chance that an item displayed on this web site may not be available at the time of your purchase
• New equipment listed is in stock or available from shipment direct from the manufacturer's distribution center

Guitar & Amp Sales

• 24 hr approval on all guitar & amps (unless otherwise noted)
• Customer pays all shipping & insurance costs
• Customer solely responsible for damage incurred during shipping. All claims must be handled between customer & shipper
• Before returning any item, customer must call for a return authorization
• Returned items must be in the same condition as when they left the store
• Unauthorized returns will be refused & returned at customer expense
• Returned items bought with credit card will be subject to a 6% restocking fee

• All accessories may be returned within 7 days of purchase for exchange or credit
• Items in opened or destroyed packaging are not returnable

• A 50% non-returnable deposit is required on all special order or non-stocked items
• No returns or exchanges on special order or non-stocked items

• 30 day layaways are available with a 25% deposit
• No approval time on layaways
• Deposits from cancelled layaways are subject to a 30% restocking fee, and the remainder of the deposit in the form of store credit only
